But good luck catching any sleep with those barking guard dogs next door! Note to self, earplugs are now an essential travel item.

We had a decent family stay, with friendly staff and a nice indoor pool that the kids loved! Breakfast was pretty solid, too. But I gotta say, that sofa bed was a bit of a letdown. It really needs to be upgraded to something comfy for the kiddos. Overall, it worked for us.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to incredible sightseeing spots like the enchanting Quinta da Regaleira and the lush Chalet and Garden of the Countess of Edla, making it easy for me to enjoy leisurely strolls and immerse myself in the beauty of Sintra. plus, my room was comfortable and spacious with friendly staff eager to help. The indoor pool might need some upkeep, but overall, I felt relaxed and enjoyed my stay immensely.
